Nate Gibson's vision for the underworld saw an interesting opportunity for exploring UV paint. Both Proserpina and Hades's costumes were handpainted with UV paint to create an earie sense of the river Styx running through them, connecting them to the world they rule, but that they are also stuck in. Euridice and Orfeo's wedding was a joy to create. Sequins, feathers and sparkle helped convey a festival aesthetic. Many of the costumes were hand embelished with crystals. Set and costume design: Nate Gibson Photo's: Matthew Williams-Ellis
